1. Services

PlymTech.co.uk offers two main services:

• Purchase of used tech items including games, phones, and laptops
• Phone unlocking services

2. Tech Buying Service

• All items must be legally owned by the seller
• Items must be as described in the submission form
• Final price may vary based on actual condition upon inspection
• We reserve the right to refuse any item
• Payment will be made in cash upon collection

3. Phone Unlocking Service

• Service is provided for legally owned devices only
• We cannot guarantee successful unlocking for all devices
• Payment is only required upon successful unlock
• Data loss may occur during the unlocking process
• We recommend backing up your device before service
• We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified

4. Collection & Delivery

• Free service within 5 miles of Plymouth City Centre
• Collection times will be arranged at customer convenience
• ID may be required for verification purposes

5. Liability

PlymTech.co.uk is not liable for:

• Data loss during device unlocking
• Unsuccessful unlocking attempts
• Damage that may occur during the unlocking process
